The Project

The complete renovation of a 4 Bed / 4 Bath Nedlands Residence, including a significant extension to the original home, adding a Steam Room, Gym, Upper Terrace, Sitting Room with Bar, and Pool Cabana.

To create a comfortable, classic contemporary home with an emphasis on natural materials.

• To manage the entire renovation project, overseeing the construction process, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that the design vision was implemented successfully.

• To custom-design cabinetry and furnishings, created specifically for this project.

• To select and source all furniture and accessories for the renovated space, ensuring that they fit the design style and colour palette chosen.

The Key Features

The colour palette draws inspiration from the Native Australian Bush, with accents of stone, umber, and wheat against dark stained European oak floors. There is a strong sense of continuity throughout the home, both in terms of the furnishing style and the colour palette.
